Detroit @ Indy preseason game 1 thread

Shit, freep retweeted a doc that saw the Hyder injury and said it was consistent with an Achilles injury. IR.

Its funny that the announcer called the GM "coach" and then tried to justify it by saying that hes done a bit of coaching. And the GM said "A long time ago." Lol someone is getting fired.

The way he went down without any real contact kinda supports that . Freak injury , terrible news if it proves to be true

Itd be nice if these fucks did some announcing. Ugh.

Did he just say there was no play in the playbook for 3rd and 22? Is he a fucking moron?

" yup right there " what the fuck are you looking at ya tard !!! Man these guys are clowns

Lions.com Tim Twentyman:
Kerry Hyder Jr. has a significant Achilles injury, according to Jim Caldwell.

I agree.Just a bit concerning since it seemed like half of Staffords picks were just like that last year. It'd be nice to have a group with good hands.

Honestly Stafford's always going to throw those kinds of picks. He throws the ball so damn hard that if it's not right in the receivers hands there a good chance of a deflection.

Hyder injury is terrible. Top 4 des hurt. How does that happen

Pick was hard but jones should have had it. Liked the abdullah juke and pocket presence

Golladay, Robinson and voloaga had real good games. Rudock was solid

But sometimes those are blamed on the wrong person. Hard to catch a missile from a short distance..

Jones should have had that. It was a good throw in tight coverage. Vontae Davis made a nice play. This one was on Jones not Stafford

I'll put it on both Staff and MJ. Ball was a scud but that's not the issue. It was thrown a tad high but should have been caught. On that throw, the WRs know the ball is coming in like a missle. On the same note, Stafford needs to keep that ball down...
