Score some runs....maybe this doesn't happen. Yankees were given jolts of energy late with their defensive plays because they knew they were only 1 run down. Offense has to get it together.- UMRules06

I will say this.....I really hope this sparks next year's team a lot like how when the Lions won in Lambeau to close out their season in 22 and then came back and did what they did last year getting all the way to the NFC Championship game.- UMRules06

You know exactly what I'm trying to say with my Lions example and yes it's a fair one. Even forget the 0-4 hypothetical and go with 1-3 and the same scenario where they miss the playoffs at 9-8 (they had that exact record in 2022 and missed the playoffs).
