can you show me the chart that showed the revenues increased to the government 2 fold during his(Reagan) presidency? I must have missed it. So he doubles revenues and Tip O'Neill(D) spends it..did your link point that out?
I lived through the Reagan years, you were in diapers. After taking over from Carter who left us in a mess, Prime Lending rate over 20%, yes, 20%. All Reagan wanted from the majority Dem congress was increased defense spending(to take down the Soviets), lower tax rates. Tip O'Neill got to spend all those revenues, and he did. I assume you know who Tip O'Neill was?
