Brady wins, then loses Deflategate, loses appeals

When Brady steps up to the podium for his next Super Bowl MVP trophy it's going to be REALLY fucking awkward.

I quickly went to 40 and saw Eli? Who hates Eli? He's awesome and seems like one genuine nice guy.
 
Yepper. Their own fault.. agree or disagree with Goodell's power the players signed on the dotted line.

But also, it really makes for some foolish priorities. and from what I get out of all this, the NFLPA agreed to give Goodell final say on these matters which makes him judge jury and executioner.

I got a friend here who says they should give him the rest of the year off and come back next year, because he doesn't think they will make the playoffs with Brady suspended the first four games.
Too good a team to miss the playoffs.

I would gladly trade this Brady 4 games off, if they could bust the redsox David Ortiz for juicing.
 
Hearing that Brady will appeal to the US Supreme Court makes me hate him even more as a person.
 
where did you hear Brady was appealing to the Supreme Court? I havent read anything saying he was going to do that - still undecided I think.

That being said - yes, if he does appeal it makes him look foolish because the US Supreme court will never in a million years take the case - they reject something like 90% of all requests (many that are very legitimate), so if they were to accept a request from a Millionaire Athlete fighting a suspension over ball pressure, they would all be vilified.
