Jay Feely on Twitter just mentioned that Janikowski is already mastering this technique, and predicts it will become commonplace for all teams.

Just watched Janikowski take a two step approach and pop a KO down to the 5yd line outside the numbers. Tackle at the 21.
Get used to it

I had a feeling this would happen, NFL teams arent just going to 'give' that extra 5 yards to the opponent via a Touchback. Kickers are talented enough to kick a super high ball which lands in the 5-10 yard line and allows their team to run under it.
We will see how many teams try this, but I imagine the NFL might have to re-examine the rule if their goal is to reduce kick returns.
