This may sound similar to the stupid Hobby Lobby decision, but it's actually worse than that. As an actual religious organization, ND already had an exemption to this requirement; what ND was suing over was the requirement to simply fill out the form declaring they were a religious organization and therefore exempt. they felt that simply filling out the form made them complicit in the provision of birth control.
