Warriors force game 7

Richmond is #38 all time in career scoring average. There are 10 active players that have a higher career scoring average than he does. Of the other 28 players it appears that about 7 played in pretty much the same era as Richmond (MJ, Malone, Barkely, Hakeem, Robinson, Shaq, AI). There were a few that would be considered to be in both eras (Shaq & AI)

Just saying the NBA stinks comparatively talent wise against the 90s

Just saying, the NBA is so void of talent compared to the 90s.

For instance here are Dwayne Wade's numbers who many believe to be one of the top 5 players of the past 13 years alongside Mitch Richmond's numbers from his first 13 years:
Wade Richmond
PPG: 23.2 22.2
RPG: 4.8 4.2
APG: 5.8 4.8
FG%: 48% 46.3%
FT%: 76% 85%
3PT%: 28% 39%

Similar numbers, Wade obviously has won championships...then again Mitch never had any help. But, Wade is considered one of the top players from his era meanwhile Mitch Richmond probably wasn't top 20 in his era.

Didn't Mitch play with Mullin and Hardaway? The problem with that team, iirc, was that they didn't play defense. They all averaged 20+ ppg though.

He pads his stats, his style of ball will never win, he makes his teammates WORSE.

Irving put the game in the bag for the Cavs, clearly obvious.

he did it again...padding his stats last night. 41 points, 8 rebounds, 11 assists, 4 steals and 3 blocks. How selfish of him padding his assists, steals and blocks. Hell, he has been padding his stats the entire post season leading his team in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. The finals...padding those stats (30.2 points, 11.3 reb, 8.5 assists)

lol
