Lost weight helps the back like you said, also his ankles, one in particular that he had the surgery on.
Try a bat 1/2 ounce to an ounce lighter.

Went outside in the 75 degree evening with a 'strawberry' full moon, that's what they are calling it, and then got the game on XM in the car with Dan and Jim, and they could not believe the out call on that play, clearly off the bag, fucking new york office must have some sox fans working there,

Replay shows Mahtook was safe foot on the bag and the ball is clearly over a foot from moreland's glove, Rackley a rookie ump is a f'n asshole!! Tigers can't challenge after losing the previous challenge they got hosed on.
