The NFL defines a fourth-quarter comeback as when a team rallies from a fourth-quarter deficit to tie or win.
A game-winning drive is an offensive score in the fourth quarter or overtime that gives the winning team the lead for good.
The record for fourth-quarter comebacks in a single season is seven, by Peyton Manning (2009) and Eli Manning (2011).
The record for game-winning drives is eight, by Jake Delhomme (2003) and Eli Manning (2011).
Stafford already has four of each.

Matthew Stafford has thrown five game-winning touchdowns in his career with 30 seconds or less remaining, including Sunday. That doesn't include his fake spike rushing touchdown to beat Dallas in 2013.

Lions QB Matthew Stafford had 3 completions on throws more than 10 yards downfield on the game-winning drive on Sunday. That's one more than he had the entire game prior to that drive.
