That's not a penalty. Diggs didn't hit him in the head. They need to be able to review that garbage.

Don Carey OUT with a knee injury. Hurt it on a special teams play earlier in the first quarter and was taken directly to the locker room.
Also, Teez Tabor on the field now injured, too.

Brett Hundley with his second turnover the day. First an INT, now a fumble. Both in the red zone.

Randall Cobb walked off under his own after a helmet hit to the back/shoulder by Lions DB Quandre Diggs, who was flagged for an illegal hit.

So sick of screens to Tate, throw the ball past the Los, 90% of throws, see what happens. Such a lame offense
