Heat 97 Pistons 96 Final

Seven games under .500 with seven to go. This team is toast. Yet another bad loss by a underachieving team..

Is this team actually underachieving? This was about a .500 team before the season, and Jackson has been a shell of himself since the injury. This is right about as good as we could have expected without Reggie.

I guess . I Just thought they could overcome somehow..

Even if you don't want to label it as technically "underachieving" it is still very disappointing. If we're going to dismiss missing out on the playoffs due to Jackson's injury, then basically we have the exact same team as last year, if not worse. The team didn't improve in any way, and none of the young guys made an impact large enough to offset the loss of Jackson.

Not encouraging.
