Blount to the Eagles???

Rolling with AA now I guess. This makes it official. Go prove your worth, AA!!

I guess they feel good about an improved o-line and hopefully a healthy rb group

I wouldn't have minded adding him for the red zone. Blount just has a nose for it. Glad Abdullah gets a crack at it. He needs to stay heathy. It can't end up like a 2012 Best situation where Mayhew was relying on him coming back (though he did have an unknown Mikel Leshoure at the time)

Revamped Oline, better blocking tight ends and Abdullah back. That is a lot that can fix the run game right there. Plus Zenner did show good flashes. Riddick was better than previous seasons

I wonder if they will try more zone blocking again now that they added Wagner and Lang and that Decker is good. Swanson and Glasgow can handle zone with enough athleticism.

That's kind of a bummer. I was really hoping he'd sign here..

Or they wanted him but didn't match the money or he just want to go to Philly. He won't say it but I doubt Quinn decided he just wanted to go with what we have..

If the line gets the push, Washington or Zenner can slam it home into the end zone.

I don't mind our rb group if AA stays healthy. I just hope Riddicks role running the ball diminishes, and that ZZ is slated in as our backup/change of pace back. I think our ground game can be successful with these two handling all of the carries. If Dwayne Washington steps up and takes ZZs carries so be it.

AA has very few career touches. Not sure where others have so much confidence in him.. Even if he becomes a stud I have no confidence the HC will use him correctly.

I was hoping they would sign Blount if for only a year.

According to NFL Network?s Ian Rapoport, the deal is for one year and is worth up to $2.8 million.

I fully expect Green to beat out Zenner

I haven't even thought about him being in the picture at RB. Wouldn't take much for him to leap frog Zenner and Washington on the depth chart though

Could be tough for Green though. Zenner actually played really well for a kid that was never supposed to see the field. I just liked the way Green runs the ball. He looks the part. Washington could be the odd man out...
