I wouldn't do it, you are getting a slight upgrade at wr, but IMO a more than slight downgrade at rb. It is a fairly even trade though if you are a big lions fan you may want to do it just for someone to cheer for on Sundays.

For me it comes down to AFC West Defenses and Phillip Rivers vs NFC North Defenses and Matt Stafford. + a 29 year old back with tons of wear vs. 24 year old back with tons of wear.
