Game one is tied 2-2 going to OT..

Kings out shot NYR 20-3 in the third... Rangers had a break away on a King's PP in last minute... Quick made a heck of a save..
 
Kings win game one 3-2 in ot... Off a turnover..

seem to be Destiny's team this year ...down 3-0 to SJ and then winning all three playoff series in 7 games with many OT games along the way....
 
The Rangers did not have the same success in denying time and space to the Kings as they did with Montreal. Gerardi making a desperation pass from his knees to no one? I feel bad for the guy but that's a pee-wee mistake. Get back on your feet and turn to the corner and wait for help.
