At what point are planets close enough for their gravity to impact each other's orbits significantly?

I am unsure but they talk about that a lot with the outer planets and how neptune, and Uranus and pluto interacted with each other. Plus Jupiter. That massive planet's gravity is a vucuumn cleaner. I am sure it interacts alot with other bodies in the solar system.

Discover of Neptune was result of mathematics and not observation.
