Just one warning, if you wish to make a personal bet, do it at your own risk of loss. I am not responsible for bets or carrying out the payment.

This board can be used as discussion for the lines on games, recent bets that you've made, hints and tips for betting, good places to bet, etc.

I worked in a sports book (Bally's) from 1987 to 2004 out in Vegas before I moved home... Anybody else work in the industry? Some wild times....

We've talked about this before, Bob, I worked for a casino junketeer here in Los Angeles for a number of years.

We set up 5K credit line and higher craps and blackjack players. We repped the Riv, and the Desert Inn; we also repped the Harrah's in Reno and Tahoe and Harvey's in Tahoe.

We also repped The Crystal Palace in Nassau, and the Hotel El San Juan in San Juan Puerto Rico.

Naturally being in LA we set up quite a number of celebs - the guy I worked for (actually the father of the guy I worked for, who was pretty much retired when I started) was a member of the Friar's Club, so we got quite a few celebs that we set up from there.

Now, not every celeb is a 5K player or higher, but being as they were celebs, we did it as a courtesy.

Celebs get courtesies that way.
