Okay thank you. I don't mind top-down though if I did start playing fallout, I'd probably just start with falllout3.

Follow up question so I have a better idea. I've played games that were FP and at times it put you in 3rd person in certain areas or situations. Is it like that or can I play in 3rd person all the time?

you can play 3rd person all the time, you can zoom in and out and/or toggle between them.
