A few hours sounds right, but they said it would take two weeks to transmit all the data it just collected.

Apparently, it's not transmitting right now. All the resources are being used to collect data.

according to the slate article on the flyby it's 4.5 hours

Data transmission requires 200 ft wide radio dishes and the data transfer rate is 50 times slower than a 56k modem.
