Game 13: Lions @ Bucs Thread

Amazing how much better play calling looks when you play a shitty team.

More evidence a big part of it is a talent issue. We just aren't good enough to do this against good teams.

Theo Riddick's touchdown gave the Lions their first first quarter lead in over a month -- since Nov. 6 against the Packers on Monday Night Football. Detroit has trailed by double digits in the first half of its last four games entering Sunday.

Matthew Stafford went 10 of 10 in the first quarter for 122 yards. He's one of two quarterbacks to have a perfect first quarter of 10 or more attempts this season. The other? Tom Brady, who went 11 of 11 in Week 11 this year. Stafford's hand seems fine.

Matthew Stafford has passed Troy Aikman in career attempts. Stafford entered the game with 4,709 attempts (now with 4,722). Aikman had 4,715 in his career. Stafford is now 31st all-time in pass attempts.

Bucs five-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Gerald McCoy has a bicep/shoulder injury and his return is doubtful. Pretty much the last person the Bucs can afford to lose against Matthew Stafford. The Bucs are also currently without their backup three-technique Clinton McDonald.

Jones should have been pretending to pull the flag out of the hole on Tate's TD celebration putt.

How about a sack? I know its a reach for these pussies on our dline, but come on, just 1

Lions defense doing what they did the first few weeks.

This is what we need to do to win.
