Trump and playing Golf

He railed on Obama for playing to much golf . Now I am hoping he pairs his golfing trips down but in Obamas eight years he played between 306 to 350 which averages around 40 times a year. Trump played over 75 to 100 times last year which would be a lot more the other presidents .
Remember when Donny said he would not play as much golf as Obama? It was nonstop bashing Obama and yet as taxpayers Donny gets to double dip and get us to pay for his trips to the courses he owns . Guess he is a hypocrite. But that is nothing new.

He has played a lot that's for sure. The PGA guys seem to have fun with it though.. But a bit contradicting.

I honestly wouldn't care about the golf playing from any president. That's a stressful fucking job, if that's the one way to let loose so be it. It's the fact that he nagged incessantly about Obama's golf trips but has partaken in more himself. Dude can't help himself when it comes to hypocrisy.

If I was POTUS I'd be playing golf all the time.

also, he plays some not insignificant portion of his golf at his own clubs (maybe even all of it at Mar-a-lago), and since he didn't divest his assets, is directly benefitting from this by paying federal funds to his own clubs for his "official" golf time, right?

Yeah, that's a whole other issue. I'm impressed how him not separating himself from his businesses has been brushed under the rug so easily. A lot of precedents are being set with this guy, it will be interesting to see how much of it becomes a new normal.

I think it was swept under the rug because of the leverage it provides against Trump should he start flouting the establishment, the 1%, and tossing some populist bones to us masses. Suddenly we'd be reading a whole lot more about it.

I bet he knows exactly how much he makes each time he plays a round of golf on his course. I bet he thinks about it every time he plays.
