Cook interview

I think it will come down primarily to draft positioning. If he's projected into the first round, there's too much to lose by coming back. I don't expect that at this point, but it's always possible. If he's being viewed as the 8th or 9th QB in the draft, not expected to be considered until the 4th round or later, he'll come back. He still has improvements to make with is mechanics, he'll still have a strong team around him next year, and he can probably move himself up the board just by being a good QB for a good team for 3 years. Experience is a pretty big indicator of NFL success, so one more year more often helps for third day draft picks.
