For those not interested in clicking, they have Ziggy going #2 to Jacksonville, Darius Slay to the Jets at #9 (instead of Dee Milliner), and Larry Warford at #13 also to the Jets. That's a lot of love for the 2013 draft. Nice job Mayhew (Xanders?)!

With Ziggy gone, they have the Lions selecting Keenan Allen or Desmond Trufant.

Tate probably wouldn't be a Lion if they picked Allen, but I wonder who they would've added on the D-Line, possibly could've changed the entire draft (possibly no Slay) if you don't buy into their alleged "BPA" philosophy.

mayhews best draft by far. good thing he can use a spreadsheet now...thank you xanders.

That draft is really panning out. Slay was mostly bad as a rookie and Ansah was more pick # than production until late in the season. Here's hoping 2014 can end up equally as well. Maybe with Calvin back and improved playcalling, Ebron will start making the big plays we hoped before really stepping into his own next year (a la Ansah). Van Noy we haven't seen yet due to injury, but there's still a lot of hope he can produce quickly. I don't think Swanson is ever going to live up to Warford's rookie year, but even a solid replacement of Dom next year would make him a quality pick.
