Gotta be a pisser for KC to be 11-1 in their last 12 and not even gained a game on Detroit.

About to be 12-1 (14-3 since the all star break). It's just insane. That has to be so frustrating. We'd be losing out shit if we were in the middle of the pack and couldn't gain on the leader.

Shit, we've won 9 straight and have bitched during every one of them. lol

It's nice to finally be 2nd in the league instead of a very distant 3rd like we were for most of the year....

2nd? I think you're reading his tables wrong.

TB still has a better record then us, so were still T-3rd overall, but he listed us at 2 because we're a division leader, same as Oakland got listed as 3, though they're actually tied for 3rd with us.

If I remember correctly, record wise at one point we were like 6.

Updated

Tigers now have the 2nd best record in the AL (4th overall). Texas is now within a game of Oakland.

The Tigers are starting to look like a Championship team. Now that they have the pen worked out.

Updated

Detroit remains a game back of Boston for the top spot, however they've opened up a 6 game lead atop the central. Texas catches up to Oakland and those two are now tied for the AL west lead, if the season ended today, Texas would host the one game playoff.

A couple AL series of note starting today or tomorrow
Boston @ KC
Detroit @ NY Yankees
