Jay Hopson resigns at Memphis because he sucks

I found this part of his resignation statement interesting:<blockquote>ESPN Message board poster Michchamp02 was right all along about the quality of coaching on RR's staff at Michigan. We were really not Big Ten caliber, and had no idea how to coach at that level. Our inability to coach and drill technique, motivate players, gameplan, and make adjustments during games was the primary cause of our poor record, and also the factor that limited any potential upside under Rodriguez, regardless of the amount of talent he brought in. We could've had an entire squad of 5-star, future NFL players, and we still wouldn't win the conference.

We made everyone in Ann Arbor dumber by our mere presence, and brought shame and ridicule on the greatest program in college football history. May god have mercy on our souls."</blockquote>Crazy, huh? I couldn't have said it better.
