several sources reporting his pick is Gov. Mike Pence of Indiana.

Mike Pence is roundly hated all across his state, but I guess since he isn't a KKK member, reality-TV show actor, or pro-wrestler a lot of people are considering this a good, serious pick by Trump standards, even though he's the most hated governor in Indiana polling history. maybe even all indiana history.

oh well. it's not like Trump was going to pick up many (or any) additional voters, especially among women, gay, or minority voters, so this pick won't hurt him with his core constituency, or otherwise hurt his already awful chances of being elected.

I wonder if Crispy Creme is pissed now about all the ass kissing he did when he was the first candidate to drop out and endorse Trump in hopes of a VP nomination.

I can still see the look on his face during that first press conference when Trump told him to "go get on a plane" and dismissed him.

he could still be US AG.

or secretary of food and donuts

some speculation that Trump's son-in-law (one Jared Kushner, who is the scion of a wealthy NJ real estate family) torpedoed Christie's ambitions behind the scenes as payback for Christie sending his own father to prison for 2 years back when he was NJ AG.

rumored the fat jokes, making Christie run and get Trump's lunch, etc. were part of the scheme to humiliate him.

poor fat guy.

revenge is a dish best served cold, as they say.

Why would Kushner care if Christie sent his own father to prison? He actually sent Kushner's dad to jail - and rightfully so, this Kushner guy sounds like a real piece of work. From Wikipedia:
In 2005, following an investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey, Kushner was convicted of making illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion and witness tampering by attempting to silence his sister and brother-in-law by creating a sex tape of his brother-in-law with a prostitute. Chris Christie, then the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, negotiated a plea agreement with him and he was sentenced to two years in prison.

Of course this slimeball
Kushner is a major donor to the Democratic Party, most notably to former New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevey.

As of right now, Pence has the highest approval rating of anyone on either ticket: Pence 44%; Clinton 41%; Trump 38%.

aside from a handful of senators and governors, they've got a really bizarre list of washed up actors and other has-beens speaking at the RNC.

Say what you will about the Democrats slating Trayvon Martin's mom to speak, but at least she has something to say that would (or should) resonate with most people given the events of late. But Scott Baio? Trump's own kids? That retard from Duck Dynasty?

You'd think a "high rolling casino mogul" like The Donald could do better than that.

Brock Mealer is a nice guy and all, but I'm pretty sure he'd come speak anywhere for a couple grand. it is, after all, his job. (also, he graduated from Ohio State, not Michigan.)

<prepare for the bait - seems silly I actually have to announce it>

. . . but you will probably watch it all the same, because, well, that's just the kind of guy you are.

That way, you can continue to post your drivel on how everyone who doesn't agree with your elitist crap is a joke and a retard.

Colorado delegates walk off. Let the carnage began. I wonder how many facts will be distorted by both parties at thier respective conventions? My guess is a lot will be.

yes, supporting policies that benefit poor, lower-income people... so elitist of me.

also, are you going to watch? I'm sure your love of hollow, empty platitudes will have you tuning in to this televised Garbage Fire 24/7.

I saw Ben Carson is one of the speakers. I thought of you when I saw that.

I said to myself "Blahahahah I bet KAWDUP will block off his schedule to tune in to this garbage ahahaha, maybe go buy 10 more copies of Carson's book in preparation AhhahahaHahah!"

Very little of what you post has anything to do with actually helping poor, lower-income people. It has more to do with telling everyone else how they aren't following your own hollow platitudes, one of the very definitions of elitist.

I will watch both primaries to stay informed and keep up on both parties. I have watched every primary of both parties for many years, but let's hear how funny it is again chuckles.

Just curious....do you donate your time and money helping poor, lower-income people or do you just vote that way?

i have done some charity and pro bono work. its tough to do more with 2 little kids at home. i plan to when they get older and/or my wife goes back to work so she doesnt nag me to give her a break and watch teh kids more the weekends.

Ben Carson has more intelligence in his little finger than you could ever hope to have in your entire lifetime.

Ben Carson >> michchamp in just about everything, so if he is talking garbage, I'll find it difficult to even begin to tell you how putrid your postings are.
