Good, lets keep the party that blew up that debt out of office, vote not republican.

Huh?

Last time I checked Obama has set the record for largest deficit.

Obama grew the debt more in 3 years than Bush did in 8 years....

you need to do more research. Obama also completed more in 1 month than Bush did in 8 years.

like what?

crickets........

You do know percent change IS the deficit growth? I.E. How much they added to their current debt?

Okay here it is in simple terms:

If the debt climbs from $10 to $20 in 1 year that's a 100% increase with a $10 increase.

If the debt climbs from $20 to $35 in the following year that only a 75% increase but the debt went up by $15.

That is why you should not rely on %change.

wow, $15 dollars compared to a starting price or 20 is less important than 10 dollars compared to a 10 dollar starting price. just wow....

I respect other people's opinion on politics, but I'm sorry you are too fucking stupid to understand the simplicity in my example.

If you typed in complete sentences it could help me understand your confusion.

Sorry, Obama has only raised it 34%(during a recession no less), Bush Jr. 89%, Clinton 36% with a downward trend, Bush Sr. 55.6%(IN ONLY 4 YEARS), but no one beats the master republican Reagan who grew the debt 189%.

look don't even bother. this guy will drown you in his stupidity.

the debt argument is so misleading, it's not even worth going down that path.

Yes, he is misleading with his information regarding the debt.

Bush AND Obama spent/are spending way too much. Saying who is worse is like saying if you picked last or 2nd to last in gym class. At the end of the day you both suck.

What is too much? Can you define that? Do you have a number?

I'm not defending Obama by the way. I could give a shit who is president.

Sorry, I thought you had half a brain to connect the dots.

$15 trillion debt is too much. I'm sure the government would appreciate it if we would all send in a check of $48,000 each to cover our share.

You do realize that Bush had a surplus(opposite of deficit) at the beginning of his tenure and a huge deficit at the end with policies that he pushed through to continue to wreck havoc on the deficit. Can you do that math for me?

It's been done already. The national debt never went down under Clinton and there was never a year in his administration where he had a balanced budget. The closest he came was in 2000 with a $17B deficit.
