Bring back George...

My uncle had to wait 8 months in Canada for back surgery. This was over 5 years ago so I don't know if anything changed. While he was waiting the whole time he couldn't work. Yaaa government healthcare!!!

answer....he wouldn't have got the surgery.

Dumbass.

That wasn't my point Libtard.

You never have a point.

You just run around spewing things you hear on the O'Reilly Factor, and Fox news.

I don't support Fox News, especially O'Reilly. Nice try.

Who exactly decides/approves of a surgery or any other medical care?

Is health care run by the federal government or territories? Just curious, I don't know much about your system.

you don't know much about anything, but that doesn't stop you from repeating exactly what Glenn Beck or Fox News tells you to say here on the message board.

most everything goes through your family Doctor...you see him/her first , then if needed you get booked for tests or specialists then proceed on from there....this is where the system is broken , you can wait upwards of 4 weeks to see a specialist and or have testing done ( MRI , Cat SCAN etc...)

emergency procedures are done right away , no wait times.

like i said above , I hurt a knee playing slo pitch , was taken to an emergency room , had the MRI 3 hours after arriving and the sugery the very next day

I have zero issues with how I live and provide for my family over here....my kid goes to a great school , gets a great education...dont ever have to worry about anyone getting sick and not being able to get the care they need...dont have to worry about losing my job , I have so much seniorty the company would have to go belly up for it to happen , which never will in my lifetime.

does Canada have it's issues...sure , so does every Country in the world....but me and mine are well taken care of and happy...pretty much all I give a rats ass about.

Don't you realize Slick that there is no country greater than America and all other countries pale in comparison? And of course we Americans know this without living in other countries.

It's this ethnocentrism that helps contribute to our unpopularity on a worldwide stage...

Do they say that in Russia? ...or Borat's version of Kazakhstan?

Haha a GOP nuthugger complaining about someone who is likely middle class, paying too much taxes?

Maybe if the rich buddies of the repubes paid their fair share without ducking behind every tax exemption and loophole we could all have new cars too?

Federal Income Taxes
State Income Taxes
Municipal Income Taxes
Payroll Taxes
Property Taxes
Sales Taxes
Registration of any kind is a tax (automobile)
License fees

When is it enough?

I don't know... if you don't like paying taxes, I guess you could renounce society and go live in a cave. I'm sure you're intelligent enough to fashion crude tools to hunt for sustenance, make fire to cook food & provide warmth, and make your own clothing.

Personally, I don't have time to defend my own property, provide my own health care, get rid of my own garbage, build and maintain my own streets, inspect all the food I eat, collect and purify my own water to drink, etc., and I'm happy to pay other people to do it for me, but if you'd rather live in the jungle... more power to you. Just stay the hell away from me, or I'll call the police to come and beat the snot out of you.
