The clip has some great stuff in it and there are all sorts of youube clips Of walker and Bobby Layne. They went to the same Texas high school. Walker ends up at Smu and Layne at Texas. Listening to the clip. They went to college and a few days later they are playing football . Walker retires from pro football in 1955 at age 28. The team goes 3-9 in his last season but the next year without him in 1956 they end up in 2nd with a 9-3 mark losing to Redskins by 1, and the Packers by 4. The third loss was the last game of the season at Chicago, and the cheating bears knock Layne out of the game because he had torched them 2 weeks earlier.
Man Doak sure could have help if he had stayed 1 more years. Sorry the rambling .
