Barwis sticks out at Rich Rod's S&C coach when he was at Michigan. Steve Y. must be in the process of drastic changes in the organization's approach to fitness.

I believe Larkin was already one of his clients.
 
Glad he's staying on with the Wings. Will miss him as a player, he had a nice career.
