MSU #13. Not to bad after all - even though it seems like yesterday was the "end of the world" we still have a lot of football left and we're still perceived well nationally.

Let's just put it this way - if we finish the regular season by beating OSU will anyone really remember the loss to MSU?

yup, and in reality not many of us were predicting more than 7 or 8 wins. I think Purdue puts us at 7 and anything after that we should happy about. This coaching staff has essentially polished a turd as best as they could.

although, to be fair, I think we still got the breaks yesterday... luck was still on our side, we just didn't play well.

I was thinking 16 or 17, so I think it is about right. The Coaches can right the ship. We will definitely win against Purdue. Hell, we can beat all of the teams left on the schedule as long as we don't try to run that offense that we ran yesterday.

why are you talking about their o-line? did you see the game? they absolutely dominated us! i'd say their o-line is good enough to win games against good defenses.

I don't think they did. We had more passing yards than them and while they had a significant amount of rushing yards - most of those came from outside runs and not up the middle. If you want to credit someone for their rushing performance the credit goes to the wide receivers who sealed off our CB's all day long.

is anyone else worried about purdue? I am. The played PSU tough and something about purdue, they always give us trouble - they have very athletic players.
