Got a feeling it's not going to work against the Angels. Think this rut is going to get figure out by most of the other teams. Having to score only three runs to win will take some pressure off the opponents.

Tigers have scored 2 or few runs in 25 of their 52 games so far. That puts them on pace to do that 78 times this season and only score 667 runs on the season.

2014: 47 times (757 runs)
2013: 39 times (796)
2012: 41 times (726)
2011: 35 times (787)

Tigers are 4-13 in the second half of 2016 in 2 run scored games. 28-19 in the 2nd half. That means when the score 3 or more they are 24-6 !!!!!!!!

I'm going to go with score more runs and win games.

BTW they lost one of those games 10-2. Going to go with 11 runs might have been asking a little much. Pitching had a day off for sure.
