My opinion only...

1b-M. Cabrera
2b- Cano
3b- Longoria (yes, .244, but check out after the All star break and he gets hits in important situations)
SS- Tulo
C- Avila
RF- Bautista
CF- Kemp
LF- Braun
DH- Victor
Utility- Michael Young

RHP- JV
LHP- Kershaw
Setup- Robertson
Closer- Some Potato guy

great choices, even Leyland couldn't screwup any lineup with that group.

C Alex Avila
1B Miguel Cabrera
2B Dustin Pedroia
3B Evan Longoria
SS Jose Reyes
LF Ryan Braun
CF Matt Kemp
RF Jose Bautista
DH Prince Fielder

RHP Justin Verlander
LHP Clayton Kershaw

Joe Mauer needs to be on this list instead of Avila..lets not get ahead of ourselves. 1 injured year and Mauer is no longer the best catcher in baseball?

.EDIT: Nevermind just realized this is for THIS season. My bad.

P. Fielder isn't a DH. I know you know that but this isn't "put guys anywhere to get best lineup" kind of scenario.

Actually, all of the position players I listed played at least two-thirds of their team's games at their respective positions.

Prince Fielder is the best hitter not included in the above group so I chose him for that spot. He DH'd during interleague play

NL hitters should be disqualified from the DH position, since it does not exist in that league.
