NFC North opponents the Packers, Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings next year, and they host the Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos and Oakland Raiders at Ford Field, in addition to the Eagles.

On the road, the Lions will visit the Seattle Seahawks, St. Louis Rams, San Diego Chargers and New Orleans Saints, and they'll play a neutral site game against the Kansas City Chiefs in London.

This could be 2011 then 2012 all over again. 11-5 and lose a road playoff game then the next season sub .500 and miss the playoffs

It seems like a tough home schedule. So it could be hard to win yet easier road games, outside Seattle yet being on the road you just never know.

Cardinals in Detroit? That's amazing in itself. 49ers without Harbaugh, a 75 year old Manning in probably his final year as a pro. I like the schedule honesly

Each year is different...but as we sit here right now that looks like a tough schedule.

Just looking at the schedule, i see another 11 win season probably 12.

Packers W - L
Vikings W -W
Bears W - W
Cardinals W
49ers W
Raiders W
Broncos L
Eagles L
Seahawks L
Rams W
Chargers W/L toss up
Saints W
Chiefs W

I see 10-12 wins. Leaning more towards 11-12.

10 losses is just as possible. Rams, Cards, Chiefs are no joke; Vikes are improving by the game and get AP back on one years rest. Lose Suh, Fairley, Mosely, Mathis, from the defense and possibly and outside shot at Teryl Austin. Add in another year of wear on CJ who already broke down for 1/4 of the season.

But who knows way to early to predict either way.

I agree. Any given Sunday. Most/all of them are toss ups in reality. This is just my armchair QB hunch.

if the Chiefs/Cards games were on the road I'd pencil in a loss.

We said the same thing last year.

I was just about to post this.

Every year teams that were good the previous year go bad. I could see Philly, Arizona and San Diego being worse next year......so could SF. Oakland sucks. Denver will be tough. Chicago sucks. Minnesota....eh....

Getting some of those teams at home is a good thing.

I got 8 wins. Subject to change if we have a decent offseason. But theres a good possibility of having a disastrous off season with a lot of decisions up in the air and the typical mayhew draft with no production.

We will beat either ARI or STL but not both. Think we split the division. Tougher schedule on paper and no idea how the defense will turn out Suhless.

I expect the Saints to be better, we barely beat them this season and the games at their place. In San Diego, we could win that but I could easily see a loss. On paper, it looks tough. Like others have said, it look tough this season..though I'm worried about the players we lose on defense and possibly the DC.

I'm with Cheeno. I can't see 10 wins. I can't see 10 losses. I can't see anything yet, because I don't know what this team will look like next season, and just as easily, I'm not sure what a lot of the teams on our schedule will look like next season.

I just want to see one win, and that comes this afternoon!

For as much as we've argued this week... Once again, I agree 100%.

Next season is a billion miles away. Today is all that matters.
