I know he's 37, but he is a right-hand shot. Might be worth considering.

Sounds like a guy Holland would target but he's old and could be washed up by next year.

Playing with the Sharks who have much better scoring depth than the Wings probably makes his production look better than it really is.

I would pass on Boyle.

Well, they publicly want to have a Right/Left shot tandem on every pairing. Currently we have all lefty shots.

Kronwall, Kindl, Ericsson, and Smith are all going to be on the team unless traded. But we also have Dekeyser and Lashoff.

And for Right handed defensemen the top two Right Handed shot are Boyle and Niskanen.

I honestly think we trade for a right handed Dman and also sign one of those two.
