yeah but his defense is questionable and hes a lefty that cant hit lefties. we need at least one corner of who hits lefties well and plays good defense.

Ethier has a pretty big contract, cant hit lefties (which is a weakness of the Tigers), and would require the Tigers to give up talent. No point when there's better players on the FA market that would better fit the needs of the Tigers and potentially be cheaper.
