Andy Dalton - 6 years $115MM

Yeah...a wtf for me. 3 playoff appearances in 3 years I guess, but he's sucked in all of them.

I like Dalton, playoff success or not I think he's pretty good. It's a bit much but pay is going up all over.

In the regular season he has performed a little better than Stafford. His post season performance has been pretty shitty though.

Not sure how Dalton's shitty playoff performance"s" can be viewed as better than Stafford's playoff appearance"_"...

The joys of the internet miscommunication led me to believe you were saying Dalton's post season shittiness was somehow less bad than Stafford's. But hey, it isn't like Peyton has never shit the bed in the playoffs, so kind of hard for any of us to criticize Stafford off just one game. lol

Stafford's sole post season game was better than any post season game that Dalton has played...although the result was the same.

Cincinnati ensures that several other football teams will have to overpay even more for their quarterbacks thus weakening their teams. Genius move by the Bengals!

Trace it back further. It's like six degrees of separation with Tony Romo.
