Like I posted in another thread, maybe Gunther's vast wealth of experience as being the former Raiders DC, and the Chiefs DC/HC, the Titans' LC, and currently being the Lions' DC he will be given an interview for the now vacant Raiders' HC position?

If any change happens, I'd expect it just after or before the superbowl. I doubt they'd want a lame duck coordinator during draft evaluations and free agency. It could be possible that a potential replacement could be in the playoffs right now.
