Adrian Peterson - RB - Vikings

Adrian Peterson (ankle) returned to practice on Thursday.
Peterson was catching passes in running back drills, the first tangible sign of progress since sustaining the high-ankle sprain three weeks ago. The Thursday return to practice bodes well for his chances for playing against the Lions on Sunday. Check back later in the afternoon for his participation report.

AP not at 100%...ill take it. Have him in both FFL leagues and i dont think i start him in either to be honest.

AP doesn't have as many obstacles that K. Smith has. Smith has to try to stay upright when no one is around. AP has no problem with that.

you dont come back 100% after 2 weeks from an ankle sprain if youre a RB that relies so much on his ankles the way he does. If im being honest id be surprised if he even played. First day back to practice catching balls means jack shit.

he'll split carries with Gerhert if he plays.

I'd worry more about Harvin catching the short shit and being in space.

Adrian Peterson - RB - Vikings

Adrian Peterson (ankle) was limited in his return to practice Thursday.
Although no decision has been made on Peterson's status for the Lions game, coach Leslie Frazier was "encouraged" by Thursday's practice work. Things are looking up for Peterson, who is No. 7 in Rotoworld's running back ranks for Week 14.

Dumb move on the Vikings part. You're not making the playoffs, Frazier. Why rush him? I hope he snaps his ankle or leg into 5 pieces.

Adrian Peterson - RB - Vikings

Adrian Peterson (questionable, ankle) conceded Friday that he may have trouble making cuts against the Lions if he's active for Week 14.
"I feel like I'm still kind of moving fast, but then again, it's a little gallop," said Peterson. "I don't mind. If I'm feeling good, I don't mind running down the field Sunday, galloping, as long as I get to the end zone." Peterson confirmed that the Vikings -- not him -- will decide whether he plays against Detroit. He practiced on a limited basis on both Thursday and Friday.
