After last night's loss to Niners, Bikes look extreme beatable since Niners were projected bot to feeders. Any Given Sunday....but hopefully Lions pull together and get a win. If they do not, this could be a really bad season...like 4 wins bad.

Peterson looked real rusty. He's been notoriously bad against the 49ers for some reason though. Only guys that looked good IMO were Rudolph and Wallace. Rudolph could have a career game against us if we don't clean up that middle of the defense.

can you imagine Mathis trying to stay with someone as fast as Wallace on those crossing routes???

Uh Oh.

Glad I have Wallace in fantasy!!!

Can't remember who it was a few weeks back praising the quickness of Nevin Lawson, if that is the case, it is time to bust that guy out. Can't believe he didn't dress on Sunday

Mathis shouldve been relieved of his duties last weekend. We all knew Mathis time as a starter was nearing an end, due to his age/losing a step, if somebody is going to take his job this year, I have a feeling it's going to be Lawson. Is Lawson hurt or was he a healthy scratch yesterday?

LOL at people giving up on Mathis after one fluke bad game.

He got destroyed, dude. He's gonna get targeted again next week against a faster and better receiver. He's old, and after a performance like that we'd be silly not to think he's begun his decline.

Mathis performance Sunday basically ASSURED that he will be the primary target of the opponents passing game until he can prove otherwise.

Slay better get ready for Deon Sanders treatment from now on.......no reason to throw at him if you can complete 15 of 17 on Mathis......who was guarding nothing more than a above average - good WR in Keenan Allen.

Can you imagine what Aaron Rodgers and Cobb/Adams are going to do to Mathis???

This just in. ...keenan allen isn't even that food of a wr. He got destroyed by a never had been.

Millen has a better track record of drafting pass catchers. Tell me I'm wrong.

Well, when that's all you draft, chances are the totality of their catches will be greater, but he only had one true successful pick with CJ.

Mayhew had a chance to draft his CJ, but opted for Ebron instead...so you are not wrong with your comment...but instead of choosing to continually try drafting WRs and finally getting one, Mayhew has decided it is better to avoid them in the draft and pick up scraps from other teams or try FAs. So to some degree Mayhew has his CJ in the form of Tate. Now, the question that is open for debate is whether or not he can get a second WR with talent.

In terms of RBs and QBs though, Mayhew >>>>>>>>> Millen...but I don't think anyone has or will ever do worse than Millen did.

Mayhew re-signed Calvin and signed Tate.

Ebron is TBD.

Ebron on pace for 16 TDS :)

runner up ROY is just as important as having a WR with the most career college receptions.

Allen was a beast as a rookie. Down year last year. Took his training and his mentality to another level this year. 1st rd talent drafted in the 3rd by SD because of injury and off field concerns. Don't be stupid...he's really good.

so you think taking a 2 yard pass on 3rd down and turning it into a 21 yard gain was because of his talent? Cause I saw like 3 guys whiff and our dumbass dcord playing a stupid defense.

Did I point out that particular play? Lol. All i'm saying is that Allen is a helluva WR. He was a monster in his rookie season. Fell off last year, but came back this year with a new attitude.
I agree that our players and DCo were terrible, no denying it, but don't tell me that Keenan Allen isn't a damn good WR in this league. Don't be fucking ignorant....

Allen is good. Green and Johnson have talent too

Mathis, Tulloch and Ihedigbo had their head up their butts
