Tigers come home with a record of 1-1 against a team they beat 4-3 in the head to head series. Penny beat CC 4-2,Scherzer beat Garcia 4-0, and Porcello took Burnett 6-3 in the last three games of that home series.
Tigers just need to win a couple of home cooking games here and things will be AOK, humm
Mondays start by Verlander is the game that IMO will make JV the ACE everone thinks he is. Put the Yanks away in that game with CC going for them will be the biggest game of his JV's career.
A Tiger win Monday is a series breaker. Tigers have a chance to get it done at home now!!!

I think JV will pitch great, especially at home. our lineup has seen CC already this series even if it was only for 2 innings, and they now that he won't throw many strikes on the inner half of the plate and just hit the pitches to all fields. If we win tomorrow night then we will finish at home especially with Burnett on the mound for the yanks, who puts more fear into the yankees fans than JV and Cabrera combined.

I expect the scene at Comerica Park to be absolutely electric.

Sabathia vs. Verlander at 8:37pm in an absolutely pivotal game of the series. Can't wait.

#Tigers Jose Valverde to ESPN Deportes' Enrique Rojas on #Yankees. "They have a good team, but the series is not (coming) back to New York."

Wow...haha Big Potato, but after watching the Lions, and his performance in the 9th inning, I am just totally drained from those emotional rollercoaster rides this afternoon after both games...

Yea we win against CC, the Yankees will probably be scared. Having to trot out Burnett who has been one of the worst SPs this year. Granted Porcello is pretty iffy too, but at least in Comerica the Yankees who live and die on the longball will be at a disadvantage.

I am pretty confident in the Tigers right now. Verlander going today and Fister should be game 5 starter if necessary. I like our chances but the Yankee line up is tough.

Victory today might be the end of the Yanks...gotta win first though....

it isnt that dangerous, they are just all dead pull hitters, pitch them outside and they look like a AAA team
