I can't remember the last time we had a rookie class that had so much impact. Who's your pick?

Sam Martin has been awesome and I was leaning towards him. But if I take into account the learning curve of positions, I have to go with Warford.

Think of our punting situation the last few years. And how many kickoffs were put in the end zone. The guy has all pro capability. As much as I love warlord Sam Martin has bailed us out numerous times.

I couldn't look you in the eye and say you were wrong. Both have been great.

On this list the only guy I would say hasn't been brilliant is Slay. Literally the entire draft has been very good though with Warlord and Martin being consistently excellent. Fauria needs a bigger role though. He catches almost everything that gets thrown to him. Which for this team is a huge thing to say.

Slay is raw. He has to get there fast. Mathis can only hold up so long, and was dinged up today.

Warford. Easily.

The guy is playing at a near probowl level and taking every offensive snap, every game.Stafford's jersey is staying cleaner than it has in his career (that's the ENTIRE line) and there are some pretty nice holes for Reggie to navigate.

I love Sam Martin, but a few punts a game is not more valuable than 50-70 solid blocking assignments per game.

Ansah has really manned up on his side of the line, Slay is raw at CB but playing ST like a beast so far, and Fauria is a freak. No way he "should" have 5 TDs already, but wow.. he does and I'll take it.

Those few punts a game (and the kickoff touchbacks) add up to about an extra football field an opposing offense has to go every game. Warfords production is great but is it an extra hundred yards great? Maybe.

We had a shitty punter last season but we also had a shitty RG. Toss up for me.

This is exactly the type of draft we have been waiting for, and needed to make a strong push in the playoffs. After all those terrible Millen drafts, I never thought we would get the opportunity to discuss which rookie was making the most impact, and have numerous answers, neither of which is wrong.

Right now, I'm giving a slight edge to Sam Martin. His kicking abilities have shut down 1/3 of the game for the other teams. His kicks have made a massive impact in the field position battle -which had been atrocious for a while.

I might be slightly biased from sharing last names though.

Fauria has more touchdowns than Megatron and Bush. Only 3 of Staffords touchdowns have NOT been to Fauria.

Food for thought. Not saying hes our best rookie, but the dude is a legit talent who adds a ton to our red zone offense, and more if we used him more.

Amazing pick up.

If he keeps it up he will without a doubt be our best rookie. 5 TDs in 7 pass attempts? What?!

It's a 3 way tie between Warford, Fauria, and Martin for me.

But if I HAD to choose, it would be Martin. As bad as the team played last year, it was even more depressing to see the other team start drives with such amazing field position.

I voted Martin but really Warford is playing really well. They both have been major upgrades. I picked Martin because our ST has stunk for so long and he has been pinning teams deep all year. I feel bad for trashing the pick when it was made lol.

And I think Slay and Ansah are both raw but have been playing better of late.
