Best Tiger lineup in last 61 years

I say the best two players on our current line up are better than anyone on either year but I think 68 was the most balanced team.

tough to compare eras but I think you have to compare the tigers results to the other teams in the league from those seasons....

to me you have to look no further than the fact the tigers hit 52 more home runs than any other AL team in 1968.

this years team is mashing...but still trails the sox and rangers lineup overall imo.

84 team had better defense by miles....pitching now is prob better....if you take Hojo to play third I'd take the 84 offense as even THAT YEAR with now.
68' was great all round.
61' was one mean lineup with Kaline, Cash and Colavito.
I'd say 84'>68'>2011>1987>1961>2006' >1972
