Which team would you pick as the biggest disappointment?

Jays, by a large margin. Angels would be second, back to back years with the biggest single free agent signings, and both players tanking.

I said Nats. I cant call the Angels a disappointment because personally, I find their season and all those shitty contracts absolutely fucking hilarious! Same thing for the Jays for me, I have residual hate for them left over from the 90s, and from Infante's injury earlier this year. Also the same thing for the Giants because FUCK THE GIANTS.

I have nothing against the Nats and was looking forward to them fighting with the Braves all season long for the division, Im disappointed they didnt win (because I also hate the Braves).

Come to think of it, there arent many teams that i DONT hate lmao

I was torn between the Nats and Jays, but ultimately went with the Jays.

The Nats could still finish with a decently good record, just not as good as many predicted (Winning the East and making the World Series).

The Blue Jays made some hefty moves and will finish with about the same record as last year, well below .500.

I have to admit, I didn't pay that much attention in the off-season, but did the Jays deplete most of their farm system?

It's all about key additions and subtractions. And then injuries.

Pythagorean Plus/Minus

SFG -16

WSN -14

LAA -8

I went Angels. With their roster and payroll, it's crazy that they'll likely be finishing under .500. I honestly thought they'd be our main competition in the AL this year.

I didn't expect the Jays to gel yet, and while I thought that the Nats might be the NL winner this season they are still over .500.

I'll go with the rump-rangers, and will admit that I am absolutely thrilled that it looks like they will lose out on even clinching a WC spot. Never thought that the blew jobs would be top contenders, and the oriholes were too lucky in 1 run victories last season. The angals deserve a DHM for very likely failing to even post a mediocre .500 record this season, especially after signing hambone to that ridiculous contract.

I think that the gnats in the NL were the biggest disappointment, with the DHM going to the giants who apparently suffered from post-WS Championship malaise.

Nats IMO. I picked the Jays to finish 4th so they're not a surprise. They traded for a bunch of the same players that didn't work out in Miami.

After the Nats, maybe Texas but they still might get in so it can't be a huge disappointment..

The white sox Finishing last in the Division seems to be one IMO. After all they gave the Tigers a run for there money last season. I did have them picked for second this season, with Detroit at 94 and second place at 92 right now CWS is 30 games under with how I saw the Division at the start of the season.. That team took a nose dive. IMO Philly at 4th place is somewhat of a supprise, allthoe they are still within reach of the Mets. There Pitching just did not carry them this season. Too bad!

Just an after thought IMO the three teams that have upset the apple cart are Boston,I did not see them even being a wild card team. ClevelandHad them 4th in the division! and Atlanta, 10 games ahead of the Nats? Wild card yea but WOW second BIGGEST lead at this point.

I picked the Jays for Last Place and Angels for 3rd Place in their respective divisions.

The Nationals are my biggest disappointment of the teams listed, followed by the Giants.

My "Others" include the Phillies and Brewers.
