Any doubters out there for how important Burleson is to this team, just watch this video. He is a great leader and is a huge reason why this team has changed its attitude since the 0-16 season.

It's a sweet video to watch. A few takeaways from it:

1. Delmas was bouncing around and looking pretty nimble in the warm ups. Maybe he's getting ready to play?

2. After Stafford TD pass to Smith, everybody seemed to be celebrating except Young, you see him just kind of walk past Stafford with his head down. Don't know if he was still pissed about getting benched or what, but I am starting to worry about this kid.

3. Rams sure do talk a lot for being a bottom feeder NFL team. Especially Jenkins, he was yapping his mouth from the beginning.

4. Lions are well aware of how important next weeks game against SF will be. I think they will come out extremely fired up...whether or not that results in a quick start on offense, well I guess well find out.

I couldn't watch it all. I'm sure he's a leader and all but it was mostly smack talk from Burleson. Nothing inspirational about it, IMO. But I only watched half.

Burleson doesn't say anything really profound but I'm glad that he embraces a motivational role for the guys. From what I saw, Titus looks like a b@tch waiting to put up decent numbers so he can show his ass (kind of like Cam Newton's attitude). It also seems like most of the team was so/so throughout the game. Don't know if it's just like that on the sidelines for most teams or if it was because it was a game they expected to win, but I like seeing some 'thusiams from the fellas

Really liked what the coach said right at the end of this, not even thinking about the tie that's us!. oh so happy to finally have a coach that gets it!!
