Team is pretty healthy, some position changes have happened and some other players are pushing to play.

David Beedle is now working on the O line and the staff thinks he'll get some snaps this year. At 6-5, 316 he has outstanding athleticism that might see him ultimately play tackle, but he's starting out at guard.

Gerald Owens has moved to DT and has been very impressive, he's going to see the field this year, probably just in clean up duty though.

TE Paul Lang has had a great Fall camp and he'll be more than just a blocker this year, he's going to catch some more passes.

Miguel Machado is the 6th O lineman, he'll play every game. So will Brandon Clemens on the inside. Benny McGowan and Dennis Finely are the other two that could be in the 8 man O line rotation this season, or they could rotate 9.

The starting O line averages 313 lbs this season, that is probably the largest in MSU history.

Montez Sweat is probably the 3rd DE, but Cooper and Evan Jones will play a lot of snaps too. Craig Evans and Damon Knox are the #2 DTs.

S Mark Meyers has had an excellent off season and will see the field a lot this Fall.

This could be a very special season.
