Can someone give Charles a ride?

When people say drafting character concerns don't matter; look at Randy Moss. Well for every Randy there is a Carlos.

I have had this fight with a few friends who have said that Moss is an all time great I dont think Randy Moss was really all that. He could have been one of the all time greats but he couldnt get out of his own way and only wanted to do what he wanted to do. For every good year he had he also had a year where he disappeared. He really only ran one route and thats all he wanted to do. He didnt block he never went over the middle. He could have been one of the best to ever play the game instead his career to me is in question as to how good he is or was. It really makes me appreciate CJ more because of how unselfish he is and how he does the little things to benefit the team and never takes plays off when Moss admits if he isnt the primary target he takes the play off.

He was great. The only years I know he disappointed were his Raider years with Fairley's buddy as the QB. And he still managed a 1000 yards and 8 TD his first year there.

15000 yards and 150+ TD (for a WR) tells me he was great.

I agree with you on all points and second the CJ appreciation, but that one route may be the best and most successfully anyone has every run that route in the history of football.

Add to that the single season TD record and you have a legit HoF player, IMO. Sure he could have been better, but that is not to say he was not an elite level wr.

Randy Moss was a fn stud....case closed.

They were actually going to cast I am Legend with Randy Moss before picking Will Smith.
