So this time it's Christie saying no to Trump for the Chief of Staff position. I'm surprised they talk at all. Christie was the attorney that put Jarrod Kushner's father in jail. 18 counts of illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion, and witness tampering - which consisted of hiring a prostitute to seduce his brother-in-law and having the encounter recorded and sent to his sister.

Perhaps a female CoS could be lured, such as Ann Coulter or especially Jeanine Pirro, although in the latter's case, she would much prefer and jump @ the chance of being his AG. Megyn Kelly is unemployed again...but alas, Donnie burned that bridge during the '16 primaries.

But the Jarvanka duo has a great deal of final say in who gets the appointment, soo...maybe it never gets filled. Anyone who they would approve of, would not be foolish enough to want it.

I think Christie thought he had a job lined up because he was a big supporter of Trumps pre-election and felt slighted when it didn't happen so he's still ticked off..

Trump has just stop-gapped the vacant CoS position with his budget director Mick Mulvaney...in a likely vain attempt to distract from all of the bad news this week.
