Coach Jim Caldwell broke up a normally quiet Tuesday by announcing that Coyer had been fired as defensive coordinator and that Dan Orlovsky would replace Painter at quarterback when the Colts play at New England on Sunday. Longtime linebackers coach Mike Murphy will replace Coyer.

lmao!, congrats!....your winless team gets to face the Pats

I hope Danny-O just beasts it. Straight duels Brady to the tune of 450yds 4TDs, then throws a pick six to lose the game.

Lmao how unlucky is this dude. If they go 0-16, his dubious honor of starting for two of those teams may be a feat that might stand FOREVER

Dan Orlovsky has thrown a pass in 16 NFL games, in those games his team has gone 0-16.

Yeah that has to suck. Ernie Sims plays for the Colts too and Ernie missed playing in the Redskin game and Browns game in 2009 for us.

Jerome Felton claimed off waivers by the Colts...could be another 0-16 victim along with Dan and Ernie.

If the Colts DO go 0-16 it will probably go down as one of the most disappointing season in the history of sports. When the Lions did it, sure it was disappointing, but it wasn't *surprising* to anyone, you know? I think everyone thought the Colts would struggle without Peyton but I don't think *anybody* expected this.
