I just read that NY followed Nevada and declared that DFS is gambling. I play on fan duel and I agree 100% that it is gambling. I wonder if those sites are going to be shut down in the near future.

Seems to be going the way of the online poker sites. Definitely running I merky waters.

Fanduel is also being sued by the NFLPA. Draft Kings has an agreement with the NFLPA and are not being sued. I've been thinking of going one of these sites and will probably join DraftKings if I do, because of the NFLPA agreement. One less legal hurdle.

I would however not keep anymore then 1 or 2 weeks worth of money in the account. Would suck to have the money frozen like all the poker accounts.
