Multiple sources have confirmed that Michigan will add Boston College's Anthony Campanile to defensive staff - https://247sports.com/college/michi...-second-staff-hire-in-as-many-days-127650512/

Campanile, 36, has spent the last three seasons at Boston College -- the first two, in 2016 and 2017, as defensive backs coach. His coaching duties were expanded to include helping coordinate the defense in 2018, a unit that ranked 70th nationally.

Prior to Boston College, Campanile spent four seasons on staff at Rutgers, where he coached wide receivers and tight ends and served as a defensive assistant.

A Rutgers graduate, Campanile played four seasons for the Scarlet Knights, from 2001 to 2004, at the safety and linebacker positions. Not only would he fill a need on Michigan’s coaching staff, but provide added help recruiting New Jersey and the northeast.

BC only gave up 20 points to Clemson's offense. I'm guessing Campanile had them mix in some zone coverage to accomplish that. Hopefully he can convince DB that zone coverage is needed to mix things up and make the opposing offense guess more.

After just one season in Tempe, defensive line coach Shaun Nua is leaving Arizona State to take the same job at Michigan, per a source directly familiar with his plans.

Nua coached the defensive line at Navy for six seasons before joining Herm Edwards’ ASU staff in 2018. A former NFL player for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Nua won a Super Bowl championship his rookie season.
